If you are looking to get a larger tattoo or up to 3 smaller tattoos this is a great option. This option is also great for tattoos that need to be done in sessions this is the choice for you!

Cancellation Policy

In paying the reservation fee you are holding an appointment spot. The artist has designated this spot for you and will not schedule another appointment during the hours you have requested or take a “walk-in”. If you do not show up or cancel your appointment the artist loses money as they could have filled this spot. Your fee is non refundable and non transferable. If you call 48 hours before the appointment time you can reschedule, and your reservation fee will float to the new appointment date. We understand that emergencies happen, however these are up to the artist’s discretion. The reservation fee will be applied towards the final session of your tattoo as a credit. If you miss your appointment or do not call to reschedule, you lose your reservation fee, no exceptions. If you decide to not get the tattoo your reservation fee will be paid to the artist for his time spent drawing the design. What to expect during your first appointment: In most cases the artist will draw your tattoo and have you come in for a preview prior to setting any appointments. If you are unhappy with the design that the artist does he will redraw it up to three times. Once you are satisfied with the drawing that your artist has done he will set you up with 3-4 sessions so that you are not waiting to get your tattoo completed and he is not waiting to finish your tattoo. Make sure before arrival that you eat something. You will not start the tattooing process at the exact time of your appointment as the artist will need to create the stencil and prepare his station to begin the tattoo, and go over the tattoo with you. It may take up to an hour for the artist to make any final changes and place the stencil on you, we do not charge for this prep time and it cannot be rushed as tattoos are permanent. So please take this time into consideration, our artists need this time to compose the best design and placement for your tattoo. Tattoo Times: If you are getting a small tattoo that will take an hour or less, prepare yourself for a 2 hour amount of time give or take that you will be at our shop. If you are getting a large tattoo, 5 hours or more, prepare yourself for a 6-7hour (give or take) amount of time to be at our shop. Design: The design is considered property of the artist. If you are unhappy with the design we will work with you to make the needed changes to make sure you love it. We will not do any design approval via text or email. You will be able to approve the design either the day of your first appointment or upon the artist contacting you. If you take the design to another studio without paying the artist for the design, this is considered theft and you will be prosecuted to the fullest. Design Process: When you come to the studio to pay your reservation fee and schedule an appointment, this time will also be considered your consultation. Please bring your fee as well as any and all reference photos you would like to show and discuss. You will meet with the artist you have selected or with the shop manager. Detailed notes will be taken at that time and recorded on the bottom of the reservation agreement, your reference pictures will be stapled to the reservation agreement. You will be given 1-3 tattoo appointments the day you come to the studio to pay your deposit and discuss your idea, reference materials etc. This ensures clients with large pieces do not have to wait months between sessions. In the 24 hours leading up to your appointment we will finalize your design. On the day of your appointment if you wish the artist to change things within your tattoo and it takes longer than 30 min, your appointment may be moved to another day so as not to hold any later appointments from starting and your tattoo will not be started until your second session. Read these Carefully: I understand emergencies happen with my tattoo artist as well and I understand that my artist may reschedule for any reason at any time. I understand it is my responsibility to be in contact with my artist or the shop if the need arises to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that I am only allowed to reschedule a total of 2 times in a six-month period. I understand that reservation fees are only useable on the final session of the tattoo that I am signing this agreement for. I understand that reservation fees are non-refundable, non-transferable to another design. Should I change my mind it cannot be transferred to another person. I understand that failure to comply with the above agreement or violation of the above agreement may result in my reservation being voided.
